In parallel to working on the minimal beatless constructions of his solo debut from earlier this year, Marc Kellaway has edged still closer to a personal take on dance music under the banner of The Exquisite Test Center.

The drones and field-recordings are still a central concern, but the beats are now even more foregrounded than on his latest releases as Exquisite Russian Brides, creating a very personal hybrid - droney and psychedelic, sometimes surprisingly melodic, suffused with soft sounds and fraying edges.

While originally focused solely on the EP format, The Cat Box Corp now present the first full length album from the project in the form of 76 minutes of melancholy slow motion house, psychedelic drone techno and smeary ambient - all cherry-picked from the EPs and sequenced for an optimal album experience.

Some tracks are brand new, some have been slightly edited and/or remixed to ensure a better flow in the full length album format, and all have been remastered for maximum sonic enchantment and lushness by Mike Grinser at the legendary D&M, Berlin.
